Signed waiver of liability, there will be a printed copy to sign during safety meeting.

Age Requirement: You must have been born before September 1, 1993 to operate without a license.

Boater License: If born on or after this date, a Texas Boater Education Course certificate is required.

Valid ID Required at check-in.

Life Jackets Provided for all sizes (children through XL adults).

Weight Limit: 350 lbs per jet ski.

Recommended: 2 adults or 1 adult + 2 children

In some cases, only 1 rider may be permitted for safety.

Fuel: Each rental includes 1 full tank.

Need more gas? Delivery available for an added fee.

Boats:

Canyon Lake: 1 captained boat available (limited due to water levels).

Lake Dunlap: Primary location for all other rentals.

Other Lakes: Available by request — extra fees apply.

Texas Jet Ski/ Boat Laws You Should Know

Alcohol Limit: BAC over 0.08 while operating is illegal and punishable by law.

Boater Education: Required if born after Sept. 1, 1993 (must carry proof).

Life Jackets: Mandatory for all riders, including those being towed.

Kill Switch: Must be attached to the operator if the vessel is equipped.

No Reckless Wakes: Never jump wakes or follow too closely.

Safe Distance: Maintain at least 50 feet from other vessels, swimmers, and shore unless idling.

No Circling: Avoid circling near fishing, waterskiing, or similar activities.
-
No Night Riding: Jet skis may not operate from sunset to sunrise.
